We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary leader to join our team as Managing Director for our Tashkent office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives, including business development, client acquisition, and candidate placement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all aspects of the business, including recruitment, marketing, finance, and administration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, both in Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions, identifying new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Represent Dhaef Global Recruitment at industry events, conferences, and meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our services to potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on company performance, goals, and initiatives to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Demonstrated success in managing a recruitment agency or HR department, preferably with experience in international recruitment.
- Proven track record of business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the Uzbekistan job market, as well as the legal and regulatory landscape for international employment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
